Hello Glenbrook,

My name is Andrea Franco and I’ve recently joined the Glenbrook Presbyterian admin office!  I am currently being trained by Samantha who has been very patient with me as I learn the ropes.  I’m looking forward to meeting you all and I hope I can help you with anything you need in the future. Also thank you to Pastor Ian and all of you for keeping my brother and father in your thoughts and prayers during their recovery.

Annual General Meeting
Please note there will be a new date for the Annual General Meeting. Please mark in your calendars Sunday March 2nd after the service. While the meeting is pushed to March, I do ask that reports are still sent to me by January 24th at the latest. As I am exiting the role of Admin Assistant, I will need to have these reports by this date so I can train Andrea on how to assemble the reports and prepare for the meeting. Thank you for your understanding!

If you are a part of Session and/or the Board of Managers, please mark in your calendars that January 21st will be a joint meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions.

New Members
If you have been coming to Glenbrook for a bit and are considering joining as a member, please let myself or Pastor Ian know! We will be running a Membership Seminar in several weeks and would love to have you join.

Local Self Defence Course
We are always looking for interesting classes, courses, and events around Mississauga. REVIVE will be hosting a Women’s Basic Self-Defense class in collaboration with DoggPound M.M.A.. This workshop is designed to teach participants essential skills and knowledge in the following areas: 

·  Protecting oneself physically and mentally 

·  Building confidence 

·  Understanding the value of social awareness 

We believe this workshop will provide valuable insights and support, and we look forward to your participation.
